In this session, we will unpack the Scams Prevention Framework (SPF) and explore the trends affecting compliance, liability and risk as the scams landscape evolves. We will also examine how technology and compliance systems can be leveraged and tailored to meet scam-related regulatory obligations and reduce risk for both customers and financiers.
