Wendy Guy CCC Member

Wendy Guy has over 10 years’ experience as a senior leader and lawyer, with expertise in dispute resolution, investigations and public policy.

Most recently, Wendy was Assistant Ombudsman at the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, leading its core dispute resolution function. She has also led the TIO’s systemic issues and public policy functions, focused on driving industry improvement.

Wendy has worked at corporate regulator ASIC, where she handled compliance and enforcement matters under the corporations law and consumer credit regimes. As a senior associate at a national law firm, Wendy also acted in dispute resolution cases across a range of sectors including banking and financial services.
