Loading Dock information.
Please see attached loading dock information – please let me know the timings your suppliers will require the loading dock and what the expected timeframe is that they will be parked up there so we can book the period. All suppliers will require a booked slot in the loading dock.
Few things to note:
Vehicles with a height under 2M can access the car park via the loading dock entrance without prebooking and park close to the BOH lift without booking the loading bay – if you have a florist for example coming in a small caddy van, they should be fine to park in a regular car spot to unload.
Vehicles with a height over 2.5M will require a booking for the loading dock and will not be able to deliver goods without the booking.
All suppliers must sign in with the venue manager to receive access keys to move about the venue.
Restricted areas are only accessible with prior approval and with an escort from security or a Saltbox Employee.
Suppliers are required to send through their insurances and complete the induction before coming onto site. Microsoft Forms – if anyone hasn’t already, please fill out the attached Venue Induction Form prior to coming to site.
Sponsors must not have any goods or equipment delivered to the venue without prior written approval of Saltbox. Any goods or equipment must be delivered in accordance with the delivery schedule approved by Saltbox and delivered to the loading dock or goods lift at the Building or Premises, or as otherwise directed by Saltbox. The unloading and storage of the Hirer's goods or equipment prior to the Event will be at the sponsor’s own risk and responsibility.
Bump in: 7.00am – 8.30am
Sponsors will have access to the exhibition room from 7.30am to commence set up. Set-up must be complete by 8.30am, prior to guest arrivals.
Registration details:
Please ensure you sign in and collect your exhibitor pass at the reception desk prior to the commencement of the conference. The registration desk will open at 8.15am.
Bump out: 4.15pm – 4.45pm
Exhibitors will be asked to clear all branding once the final break concludes at 4.15pm.
Pack-up must be complete by 5.00pm, prior to the conference conclusion at 5.30pm.
