Roza is a respected public and regulatory affairs leader with over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector. A lawyer by training, Roza joined AFIA in 2022 following a series of senior roles, including serving as a senior adviser to a federal Cabinet Minister within the Treasury portfolio, as well as positions with peak industry bodies in the banking and insurance sectors.
With experience spanning government, parliament, the private sector and industry associations, Roza brings a unique ability to understand the perspectives of diverse stakeholders. This breadth of experience also supports the development of considered strategies to navigate regulatory change and emerging policy challenges.
