David Carter

David is a partner in the Dentons Banking & Finance Group. David combines regulatory and compliance advice with transactional experience. David advises a range of Australian and foreign banks, non-ADI lenders, finance companies, private lenders and financial services providers to help them navigate regulatory obligations and regulatory change.

David has worked with numerous finance industry participants to introduce new product offerings. This work includes advising on the customer origination process, documentation, policies and processes and interacting with introducers and other third parties.
