Dr Juliette Tobias-Webb

Dr Juliette Tobias-Webb is a behavioural scientist, keynote speaker, and Professor of Practice at the AI and Cyber Futures Institute. With a PhD from the University of Cambridge, she’s one of Australia’s leading experts in human decision-making, behaviour change, and leadership. Juliette has held top behavioural science positions, including as Senior Manager of Behavioural Science at Commonwealth Bank and Behaviour Change Lead at Ogilvy Australia. Through her own consultancy, she works with top-tier organisations such as Google, Mastercard, Citibank, Atlassian, and the Australian Defence Force to apply behavioural insights for real-world impact; from leadership development and customer strategy to workplace culture and human–machine teaming.

She has also advised on responsible technology strategies in areas such as AI, gambling, and digital wellbeing, and has provided expert guidance to the Australian Banking Association and financial services leaders on how to build trust and shift behaviour through thoughtful policy, product design, and communication.
