Soraya Alali

Soraya Alali is ANZ Chief Executive Officer at Zip Co, where she leads the company's Australian and New Zealand business and sits on Zip's Group Executive Team. She joined Zip in May 2025.

Ms Alali brings more than 20 years' experience across financial services, with a focus on scalable growth, digital transformation and customer experience. She joined Zip from National Australia Bank, where she was Executive, Business Lending Product, with responsibility for commercial lending.

Before NAB, she spent 16 years at Commonwealth Bank in senior roles leading large P&L and product portfolios, including General Manager, Digital and Transformation across the Business and Institutional bank, and General Manager, Digital and Customer Experience at CommSec.
