Celebrating 35 years globally - and over two decades of dedicated service to the ANZ market - Alfa delivered technology advancements designed to improve productivity, resilience and customer experience.

Key releases included AskThea, a conversational AI tool offering instant insights to Alfa Systems documentation, and Compose, the industry’s first no-code, superpersonalised screen-design tool. Together, these innovations are helping organisations streamline workflows and enhance user satisfaction.

Alfa also addressed emerging regulatory demands with Scope 3 Emissions Reporting, supporting customers in meeting mandatory climate-related disclosure requirements with confidence.

Enhancements to Alfa Cloud, including the integration of Data Guardian, further bolstered security, resilience and business continuity across single-tenant SaaS environments - helping customers minimise downtime and avoid extensive service disruption costs.

And following the first successful implementation, this year also marked the launch of Alfa Start in ANZ, providing a rapid, cost-effective, preconfigured pathway to Alfa Systems.
