Antonia Garling

Antonia is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin’s Disputes and Investigations group. She is a commercial litigator with a broad disputes and regulatory practice. Antonia is recognised by Doyle's Guide as a leading commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer. She has extensive experience advising and representing clients in relation to contentious regulatory enforcement action, regulatory investigations, complex commercial disputes and class actions. She has acted for clients in matters against ASIC, the ACCC, AUSTRAC and APRA.

Antonia acts for clients in a wide range of sectors, including energy, manufacturing, and resources, but has particular expertise in financial services.
