AFIA is pleased to host Code Champions, a member-led webinar exploring the importance of the AFIA Code and how it will help lift standards across the finance industry.

The AFIA Code sets out key commitments around customer service, clear communication, staff competency, responsible use of technology, privacy and data protection, scams and fraud prevention, complaints handling, vulnerability, financial hardship and transparent debt recovery.

The session will also touch on how members can continue to strengthen their practices, supported by internal review processes and the Finance Industry Code Compliance Committee.
