Proposed Changes to Thin Capitalisation Rules
On 13 April 2023, AFIA made a submission to Treasury’s consultation on proposed changes to the thin captalisation rules for financial entities.
We put forward 17 recommendations designed to ensure bona fide financial entities are not unduly hampered by any proposed changes.
